How Your Consultation Works
1. Book. Complete your purchase here. No shipping details are needed — this is a scheduled service, not a shipped product.
2. Schedule your briefing. Our team contacts you within 24 hours on WhatsApp or email to fix the first of your three sessions. Sessions are held every day, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
3. Brief us. Your first session is a briefing. We learn the property, how it is used and what you want resolved, so that nothing you care about is left out of the assessment. Bring whatever you have to hand.
4. Send your plans. After the briefing, share your floor plan, photographs and property details. Your review is ready within 3 days of our receiving them.
5. Work through the findings. Your remaining two sessions go to the review itself — what it shows, what to change, and in what order. Every session takes place on Google Meet or Zoom, with the link sent by email and WhatsApp beforehand, and all three must be used within your 21-day validity period.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
- One reschedule is offered free of charge, with at least 24 hours notice before the confirmed session.
- Requests within 24 hours, or a missed session without notice, are treated as delivered.
- Consultations are non-refundable once booked.
- For multi-session packages, all sessions must be used within the validity period stated on this page.
