• A written zone-wise design brief covering the entrance, every room, the staircase, water, septic and bed-head directions
• Recommendations for the Vastu remedies that suit your new home (the remedies themselves are sold separately)
• Your written design brief in the language you prefer, from all major Indian and international languages

Frequently asked questions

In which languages can I get my design brief?

Your design brief is available in all major Indian and international languages.

Indian languages: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Urdu and Nepali.

International languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Indonesian.

Tell us your preferred language on WhatsApp when you send your plot details. Sanskrit Vastu terms are kept in the brief with a translation alongside. Do not see your language here? Message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will confirm.

Is this for a home that is already built?

No. Plan 3 is for a plot where construction has not started. For an existing home, choose Plan 1 (Vastu Report) or Plan 2 (Astro Vastu).

What is the Marma and Pada check?

Every plot has 32 pada devatas around its boundary and marma points where energy lines cross. In your design these are worked out first, and the layout is arranged so that no wall, pillar, stair, lift or toilet blocks a marma point. This check is part of Plan 3 only, because it is done while the layout is still being designed.

Will I get construction drawings?

No. You receive Vastu-compliant zone maps and a written design brief. Your architect or designer turns them into the exact design and construction drawings.

Will you speak to my architect?

We do not speak directly with architects, designers or builders. Share the report with them yourself. After delivery you may ask us three to four questions on WhatsApp, by text message.

Can I ask for changes to the design?

The design is submitted as final, without revisions.

Why do you need a pin from the middle of the plot?

Directions are read from the centre of the plot, so we need the Google Maps pin and a compass reading from there.

Are the remedies included?

Your design brief recommends the remedies that suit your new home. The remedies themselves are sold separately on vedicvastuliving.com.
