This shorter session is ideal if you have one clear question or concern — for example, a specific room, direction, or recurring issue — rather than a full property assessment. For larger consultations covering an entire home or office, see our extended sessions.
What to Expect
Your consultation takes place over a video call on Google Meet or Zoom. Once your session is scheduled, we send the meeting link to your email and WhatsApp, so all you need to do is join at the appointed time.
We recommend having your floor plan or photos of the relevant area ready to share on screen, so the guidance can be as specific as possible in the time available.

How do I book my consultation time?
As soon as your order is placed, our team reaches out within 24 hours on WhatsApp or email with the available slots, and confirms the one that suits you. Consultations are held every day between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and again between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM IST. Your meeting link follows on confirmation.

What should I prepare before the call?
A clear description of your concern, along with photos or a rough floor plan of the relevant space, helps make the most of your 25 minutes. You are welcome to send these across on WhatsApp or by email before the session so we can review them beforehand.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes. You may reschedule your session once at no charge, provided you inform us at least 24 hours before the confirmed time. Simply reply on the same WhatsApp thread or email us with your order number.
Requests made within 24 hours of the session, or a session missed without notice, are treated as delivered and cannot be reshuffled free of charge. Consultations are non-refundable once booked, in keeping with our store-wide policy — though we will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies.
Is this suitable for a full home assessment?
This session is best suited for a single, focused concern. For a comprehensive review of a larger property, our extended consultation packages (like Aryama or Bhudhar) may be a better fit.
