We humbly follow a no-return and no-refund policy. If, by chance, a product arrives damaged in transit, consider it a passing Shani influence in your chart. Yet, we stand by you, please reach out to us immediately, and we will gladly replace the defective item once verified.
We request your cooperation and blessings as we continue spreading the light of ancient wisdom with sincerity and faith.
📦 No Returns
All the items that you see on our website are a Vedic product, carefully created and energized as per ancient scriptures.
We regret to inform you that refunds are not possible for these sacred items.
If, however, you receive a defective or damaged product, please inform us immediately. We will gladly send you a replacement.
Every product that leaves our workshop is prepared with utmost care — your name is included in the well-being puja before dispatch. We request your kind cooperation and understanding in maintaining the sanctity of this process.
Please note, these are not merely Vastu products, but powerful remedies designed to help you bring harmony, balance, and positive transformation into your life.

🔄 Exchange Policy — Within 48 Hours of Delivery
All book sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong title/edition by mistake, or other non-defective reasons.
You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Exchanges are accepted only for the following valid reasons:

You received the wrong book or a different edition than ordered.

The book is damaged in transit (torn cover, water damage, crushed spine, missing pages, etc.).

There is a printing or production defect (major misprint, pages missing or out of order, severe ink/registration problems).
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@vedicvastuliving.com Provide your order number, the title/ISBN, and a short description of the issue.

Attach clear photo(s) showing the outer packaging and the defect, and an unboxing video or short clip if possible (video that shows package seal → opening → book condition). If a video is not possible, multiple clear photos of the sealed package, the book, and the defect may be accepted.

The book must be unused, unmarked, and in its original condition (keep original packaging). Do not write in, photocopy, or attempt repairs.
Important: Exchanges will not be processed without acceptable visual proof of the issue.
Exchange Process

After you submit the required evidence, our team will review the case.

No exchange will be accepted without video proof.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the original item and send a replacement once the original is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the exact replacement is not available, we may offer a store credit (valid for 1 month) or an equivalent title of similar value, subject to your approval.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Books damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

Books purchased during special sale events, personalized/custom prints, or other special-offer items (unless explicitly covered at time of sale).

Signed/limited collector copies may have separate terms (check the product page).
Consultations & Services
Consultations are scheduled services rather than dispatched products. The terms below apply to them in place of the returns and exchange terms above.

Scheduling. After purchase, our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm a slot from our available consultation hours: every day, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. Sessions are conducted over Google Meet or Zoom.

Rescheduling. One reschedule is offered free of charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours notice before the confirmed session. Later requests are accommodated at our discretion and subject to availability.

Missed sessions. A session missed without notice is treated as delivered.

Refunds. Consultations are non-refundable once booked. Where a session cannot be delivered for reasons on our side, we will reschedule it at no cost to you.

Multi-session packages. Sessions must be used within the validity period stated on the product page. Unused sessions lapse at the end of that period.
