A complete Vastu assessment for an existing apartment or single-storey home of up to 5,000 sq ft, delivered across two working sessions with a consultant from Dr. Jayshree Om's team.

Reading of your architectural plan — your floor plan is studied in full before we speak, so the sessions go to guidance rather than groundwork.

Drignirnayah — establishing the true orientation and axis of the property, which every other reading depends on.

9-grid Peeth Padvinyas or Gola Chakra — your plan mapped onto the nine-square Vastu grid, so each zone can be read against the energy that governs it.

Two interactions of 45 minutes each with your consultant.

No limit to questions — ask as much as you need across the engagement.

Remedial suggestions — including guidance towards Vastu Shanti Havan, Adhigrahan and Garbhavinyas where these are appropriate for your property. Remedy products are charged separately.
Timeline
Your analysis is ready within 7 days of our receiving your plans, and the engagement runs over a 15-day window.

Add-Ons
An additional floor can be included for ₹3,000, for plot areas up to 11,000 sq ft.
Considering The Next Tier
VIVASVAAN covers up to 7,500 sq ft, suits single or multi-storey houses, uses the finer 81-square grid and includes a third session. If your home is larger than 5,000 sq ft or spans more than one floor, begin there instead.
How Your Consultation Works
1. Book. Complete your purchase here. No shipping details are needed — this is a scheduled service, not a shipped product.
2. Confirm. Our team contacts you within 24 hours on WhatsApp or email with the available slots. Sessions are held every day, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
3. Prepare. Share your floor plan, photographs and property details in advance, so your time on the call goes entirely to guidance rather than groundwork.
4. Meet. Your session takes place on Google Meet or Zoom. The link reaches you by email and WhatsApp before the appointed time.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
- One reschedule is offered free of charge, with at least 24 hours notice before the confirmed session.
- Requests within 24 hours, or a missed session without notice, are treated as delivered.
- Consultations are non-refundable once booked.
- All sessions must be used within the validity period stated on this page.
